How do I return items?

Due to the hygiene nature of the products and sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns. All purchases made are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. All sales are final. 

How do I cancel my order? 

Please email kakamicosmetics@gmail.com within 1 hour after placing your order to cancel the order, it will be canceled and you will be fully refunded. Once your order is being processed, we cannot cancel your order. 

My order says delivered but it is missing?

Please contact your local post office with your tracking information. Unfortunately, once we handed your package off to the post office we have no control over the delivery. We are not responsible for damaged,lost or stolen packages.
